Wireless Communications

IDLab performs fundamental and applied research to interconnect devices using a diverse array of technologies (5/6G, Wi-Fi, BLE, UWB, LoRa, IEEE 802.15.4, Software Defined Radio (SDR), etc.). Our group provides a unique and holistic multi-disciplinary offering, covering both software algorithms (networking protocols & algorithms), AI expertise, advanced PCB and IC design, and (multi-)antenna system innovations. This integration of cutting-edge innovations enables us to deliver networking & radar solutions with extremely low latency, low power consumption, high throughput, high radar resolutions and compact footprints.
