Nobl.ai is a Ghent University spin-off focused on building trustworthy AI models for the labour market and delivering them as SaaS products. Backed by the extensive academic research experience of the Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics group at Ghent University, Nobl.ai provides an array of different AI products. These range from state-of-the-art recommender systems for candidate and occupation matching to normalization (tagging) of occupation and education descriptions into proprietary and standard taxonomies (ISCO, ESCO, O*Net, ROME ...) and data-driven and skill-based career path recommendations.
