The OPANEX (open anatomy explorer) wins the Vattikuti Innovators Challenge 2024 award.
OPANEX is an open source platform for anatomy eductaion developed at Ghent University. The tool was developed in collaboration with the DISCOVER team from IDLab, which also manages the tool. It allows to annotate en 3D visualize medical scans for educational pursposes.
